Crate59 is a contemporary art studio/gallery in Cairns, Queensland. With 12 resident artists we have one of the largest artist run, not-for profit and artist-funded initiatives providing the Cairns community with local and national art all year around. Our artists are busy all year around and will bring to you a new exhibition every 3 weeks.  Next to Solo and group shows we also invite local and international guests artists to exhibit in our humble little gallery. If you are interested in exhibiting or collaborations please contact us or the individual artist. We are proud to say that we also work closely with young local and emerging artist, giving them an opportunity or a platform exhibit their talents.
